Homemade Gluten Free Flour Blend

A homemade gluten free flour blend that can be substituted for all purpose flour in most recipes.

Welcome to the only page on my site where the recipe is NOT my own creation!  Credit where credit is due – this recipe is from Minimalist Baker, and it is flawless.  I tried so many versions of my homemade gluten free flour blend recipes, but this is the core of so many creations, and cannot be messed with.  If you are like me, just bookmark this now so you can refer back to it all the time.

I like to make 4 batches at a time and store it in an air tight container, that way I know I have flour at the ready whenever my sweet tooth hits.  I recommend using the biggest of these mixing bowls to mix it in, and then these containers for safe storage.

If you have not used these ingredients before, I recommend purchasing online so you know you’re working with the right products.  I get everything from Amazon, and I do a few bags at a time since it’s cheaper in bulk that way.

Last note – measuring this flour out by weight will come to 148 grams per cup.
